All bookings, apart from those for golf societies or special events, should be made through the Pro Shop on 023 92380131 and select Option 3.

To allow fairness to all golfers, SPGC allow certain times to be booked in advance, other times are kept aside and can only be booked on the day. A basic guide is as follows:

MONDAY TO FRIDAY
Certain tee times can be booked in person or by phone 7 days in advance.
Certain tee times can be booked in person or by phone on day of play.
Every 5th slot is reserved for personnel serving on HM warships to have priority in booking; these can be booked 7 days in advance.  If not booked by 0900 on the day of play, then the slot will be open to all.

SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND BANK HOLIDAYS (MEMBERS ONLY 0730-1100)
Tee times can be booked in person or by phone by members only for Saturday & Sunday.
Visitors or non-members may book Saturday & Sunday tee times commencing after 1100 from 0900 on the preceeding Friday. 

Every 5th slot after 1000 is reserved for personnel serving on HM warships to have priority in booking; these can be booked 7 days in advance.  If not booked by 0900 on the day of play, then the slot will be open to all.

NOTES:

1. Reserved tee times.  The following tee times are reserved:
a) Veterans - Monday of each week from 0730 until 0900 (not including Bank Holidays).
b) Ladies - Thursday of each week 0900-1000.

2. Weekend tees. 
The various sections of SPGC have informally agreed that on non-competition weekend days; the Men's Section will have priority before 0900.  This is not to prevent any member from booking a tee before 0900, but merely allows all sections to be able to play in groups should they so wish.
